(CEC) and Caltrans were awarded the prestigious Collaborative Project of the Year Award by the International Partnering Institute (IPI) for the Old River Bridge Mechanical and Electrical Rehabilitation project. The team was recognized for implementing IPI’s best practices and for fostering high-trust and collaborative relationships on the project.
